The Royal Vancouver Yacht Club on Point Grey Rd. was renovated by Kindred Developments and On-Top Industries Provided a Siplast two ply torch on roof system with corresponding heavy guage sheet metal flashings at the perimiter and laminated shingles at sloped roof areas. Notice the back patio decks of the Yacht Club are overlaid with concrete patio pavers on rubber pedestals over-laid on the roofing membrane. This provides an attractive finish but also an extremely durable decking solution.
