Various Roof Repairs
 Repair locations are measured from the reported leakage inside the building interior and then traced out to the location on the roof. The surface is prepped by blowing clean, spudding off gravel, and heating with propane torch prior to mopping in asphalt. |  A hole in the roof is being repaired with SBS rubber modified torch on 2 ply heat welded into the clean dry surface of the existing tar and gravel B.U.R. system for a permanent repair. |  Liquid asphalt hot mopped into the surface of an old tar and gravel roof where it was failing and leaking at the perimeter. |
