Chan Residences
 The one house in Southland Riding Stables owned by Caleb Chan was constructed by Schueck Construction and On-Top Industries Inc. provided the cedar roofing installation but also the entire exterior siding installation as well. |  The other house in the UBC area of Vancouver was constructed by RJ Reynolds and On-Top Industries Inc. supplied and installed the ceramic tile imported from Japan as well as the decorative copper rotunda flashing carefully treated with an acid wash. |
